Professor of Political Geography and Geopolitics at the Department of Geography at UFRJ, researcher at OTSS and coordinator of the Raízes e Frutos Project/UFRJ. He has been working in Paraty and Ilha Grande Bay for 10 years, through the Territory Schools Program (UFF), Ilha Grande Bay Study Group (GEBIG/UFF), Differentiated Education Support Collective and Networks Project (OTSS). He was a professor at UFF/Angra (2014-2022) and coordinated the creation of the Lato Sensu Postgraduate Course in Territory and Knowledge Management (Teresa/UFF/OTSS/ICMBio/Sapê).
