Advisor to the Fiocruz Strategy for the 2030 Agenda (EFA 2030), she is a retired professor from the Federal University of Pará. She has a degree in History from UFPA, a specialist in History of the Amazon and a master's degree in Social History from PUC/SP. She was General Secretary and Pro-Rector of Administration, both at UFPA, as well as Secretary of State for Education of Pará. At the Ministry of Education, she coordinated distance education and professional training projects.
