Adriana Miranda de Castro

Associate professor at the University of Los Lagos (Chile). Social anthropologist and PhD in Environment and Society. His research focuses on the governance of coastal and marine ecosystems and local communities' relationships with nature. Currently, he leads the research group “Antropologia de la Conservacion”, collaborating with the Mapuche Williche people of Chilean Patagonia in their demand for rights to access and protect the sea.
