Graduated in Civil Engineering from UFRGS, he was active in the student movement and worked at the state environmental institution, coordinating the Industrial Environmental Zoning of Porto Alegre and participating in social movements. He dedicated himself to the Santo Daime community in Visconde de Mauá-RJ. As a consultant for the Guaíba Vive Program, he promoted depollution and landscaping in Porto Alegre. He returned to Santo Daime and became environment secretary of Pauini-AM. He is an environmental analyst at IBAMA, passing through ICMBio in Manaus and works at APA Cairuçu in Paraty, working with local traditional communities.
