General Coordinator of Territorial Planning for Conservation Units at the Chico Mendes Institute for Biodiversity Conservation (ICMBio), is a lawyer and has a master's degree in Environmental Policy and Management from the Center for Sustainable Development at the University of Brasília (CDS-UnB). He also has a specialization in Environmental Law from the University of São Paulo (USP) and a specialization in Water Resources Management from the University of Taubaté (SP).
