Artisanal Fisherman, graduated in Social Sciences from the Federal University of Alagoas, in Socio-Environmental Management at the Chico Mendes Institute of Biodiversity and a postgraduate degree in Environmental Management and Social Development from FAVENI. She is coordinator of the Mangue Observatory - Alagoas. She works in CONFREM and in the Costa dos Corais Fishing Women's Network. She is a researcher at the Long-Term Ecological Project with women shellfish gatherers.
